There are lots of diesel engines to choose from as well as a turbocharged 2-litre petrol engine. Four-wheel drive is available if you want, and while it is not too smooth on rougher roads, it still performs well. Steering is precise, body roll is minimal on the corners, and while there is slight wind noise there is not much.
The driving position is very good, and visibility is excellent. It’s a spacious car despite being a small SUV, and the interior is classy throughout with leather upholstery and chrome touches everywhere. It also boasts an excellent infotainment system with DAB radio included and a 6.5-inch touchscreen. While this isn’t huge, it is easy to operate because it comes with a rotary dial.
It also has multiple airbags, emergency assist, an engine immobiliser and other safety tech to ensure a safe drive.
